test: add deployment verification test file

This file is used to verify the GitHub deployment feature works.
- Deployed via 'Deploy from GitHub' button
- Tests that files sync correctly from GitHub to live server
- Use presence of this file to confirm deployment success

Verification: Check live server for /var/www/html/hms_etria/TEST_DEPLOYMENT.txt

HMS GitHub Deployment Verification Test

This file is used to verify that the GitHub deployment feature works correctly.
Test Timestamp: 2026-08-04
Deployed Method: Direct GitHub Download (via Deploy from GitHub button)
How to verify deployment worked:
1. Check if this file exists on live server at: /var/www/html/hms_etria/TEST_DEPLOYMENT.txt
2. Check file modification time matches deployment time
3. Commit history should show this test in the latest deployment
Verification Commands (run on live server):
ls -lh /var/www/html/hms_etria/TEST_DEPLOYMENT.txt
date
tail -50 /var/www/html/hms_etria/writable/system_update.log
Expected Output:
- File should exist
- File timestamp should match when you clicked "Deploy from GitHub"
- system_update.log should show successful deployment with file list
