Replaced basic datalist with custom dropdown 2. Display SNOMED codes (term_code) and ICD codes in dropdown items 3. Show codes as badges: blue for SNOMED, gray for ICD 4. Keyboard navigation (Arrow Up/Down, Enter, Escape) 5. Hover highlighting with visual feedback 6.
