4d7ae0d669 docs: add HMS feature presentation (HTML + Markdown) 
- HMS_FEATURES_PRESENTATION.html: full styled presentation with cover,
  professional introduction, 11 feature sections, tech stack, compliance,
  print/PDF button, and proper @media print A4 layout
- HMS_FEATURES_PRESENTATION.md: plain Markdown version of the same content
- system_ops.php: fix confirm dialog text for Update HMS button
