DevSoftTech Server 3294e39b02 fix: parse and render ECG AI report in structured sections 
- add formatEcgReportHtml() for ECG-specific presentation
- extract key ECG metrics (vent rate, PR, P/QRS/T, QT/QTc, axis)
- extract common findings (normal sinus rhythm, left axis deviation, borderline ECG)
- render note separately when present
- add robust fallback splitter for noisy OCR ECG strings without delimiters
- route ECG-like reports through ECG formatter in formatAiReportHtml()
