DevSoftTech Server 586d3bde46 Add HTML debug mode to discharge summary for troubleshooting 
- Add ?html=1 parameter to show_discharge to output HTML directly
- Shows debug info: IPD ID, template name, content lengths
- Bypass PDF generation to see rendered HTML content
- Helps diagnose PHP/rendering errors before PDF conversion
