DevSoftTech Server 518b92ee46 fix: add missing routes for system-ops updateDirect and diagnose endpoints 
- Add POST route for /setting/admin/system-ops/updateDirect
- Add GET route for /setting/admin/system-ops/diagnose
- Both endpoints were implemented but routes were missing

This fixes 'Request failed' error on Deploy from GitHub button
