<p>This license applies to custom hospital management software modules and business logic in this distribution, excluding third-party software with separate licenses.</p>

<p>You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use this software for internal operations of the licensed organization.</p>

<li>No unauthorized resale, sublicensing, or redistribution as a commercial product.</li>

<p>The deploying organization is responsible for access control, backup, local regulatory compliance, and data protection obligations.</p>

<p>This license terminates on material breach. On termination, software use must stop, except rights required by third-party open-source licenses.</p>
