DevSoftTech Server aa7ed25a50 \Update documentation - {{DISCHARGE_SUMMARY}} now header only 
Updated DISCHARGE_PLACEHOLDER_HTML_REFERENCE.md to reflect that:

- {{DISCHARGE_SUMMARY}} now contains ONLY the status header
- Removed department/doctor/date info from example
- Added note about using separate tokens for additional info:
  - {{DEPARTMENT}}
  - {{DOCTOR_NAMES}}
  - {{ADMIT_DATE_ONLY}}
  - {{DISCHARGE_DATE_ONLY}}

This document shows the exact HTML structure used for each discharge summary placeholder.
